几种水溶性聚合物抗拉伸流动剪切性能的评价
Evaluation on Shear Strength of Three Water-Soluble Polymers After Elongational Flow
【摘要】 利用"十"字狭缝拉伸流动装置,以聚合物溶液相对黏度降低率为考核指标,对线型水解聚合物(LHPAM)、梳型抗盐聚合物(KYPAM)和疏水缔合聚合物(AP-P4)的抗拉伸流动剪切性能进行了初步评价。实验结果表明,随相对分子质量的增大,LHPAM的抗拉伸流动剪切性变化较小,而KYPAM的抗拉伸流动剪切性明显下降。当拉伸剪切速率小于80 000 s-1时,AP-P4抗拉伸剪切性随其浓度的增加先增加后降低;当拉伸剪切速率大于80 000 s-1,分子间缔合较弱时AP-P4抗拉伸剪切性较好,分子间缔合较强时APP4抗拉伸剪切性较差;浓度同为1750 mg/L时,3种聚合物抗拉伸流动剪切性能高低的顺序为:KYPAM>LHPAM>AP-P4。
【Abstract】 The shear strengths of three water-soluble polymers,namely high relative molecular mass linear hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(LHPAM),salt-tolerant comb-shaped polymer(KYPAM) and hydrophobically associating acrylamide copolymer(AP-P4),were evaluated by relative viscosity using a cross-slot flow testing equipment.The effects of molecular mass,concentration and structure of the polymers on their shear strengths after elongational flow were studied.It is demonstrated that(1) increasing polymer relative molecular mass doesn’t affect the shear strength of LHPAM,but obviously decreases that of KYPAM.(2) For AP-P4,its shear strength first increases and then decreases along with increase of its concentration if the elongational flow shear rate is less than 80 000 s-1.If the elongational flow shear rate is more than 80 000 s-1,its shear strength with weak intermolecular interaction is higher than that with strong intermolecular interaction.(3) At the same concentration,the shear strengths of the three polymers are in the order of KYPAM>LHPAM>AP-P4.
