变风速条件下风电齿轮随机可靠性优化
Random reliability optimization of wind power gear under variable wind velocity
【摘要】 为了在变风速条件下对风电齿轮强度可靠性进行分析及优化,提出了齿轮随机可靠性优化模型.利用风速观测数据推导轮齿载荷的波动特性,定义相关随机量以适应应力-强度干涉模型,应用蒙特卡罗法建立齿轮参数和强度可靠度之间的响应关系,同时,制定相关约束条件并以遗传算法作为求解策略.该优化模型不仅能够定量分析风速变化对齿轮强度可靠性的影响,并且可在随机参数情况下对齿轮强度可靠性进行优化.算例对5种风速模式下的风电齿轮强度可靠度进行了分析,结果表明:风速变化将导致传动齿轮强度可靠度下降,经过优化后强度可靠度得到明显改善,在5种模式下均不小于98.89%.
【Abstract】 In order to analyze and optimize the strength reliability of wind power gear under the condition of variable wind velocity,an optimization model for gear random reliability was presented.The observed wind velocity data was used to deduce the fluctuant characteristic of tooth load,and the correlated random quantities were defined to fit the stress-strength interference model.The response relationship between gear parameters and strength reliability was established by Monte Carlo method.In addition,the constraint conditions were determined,and the genetic algorithm was selected as solution strategy.This optimization model can not only quantitatively analyze the effect of variable wind velocity on the gear strength reliability,but also optimize the gear strength reliability under the condition of random parameters.The example was adopted to analyze the strength reliability of wind power gear in five wind velocity modes.The results show that the variation of wind velocity will reduce the strength reliability of transmission gear.After optimization,the strength reliability gets significantly improved,and is no less than 98.89% in five modes.
