斜齿轮三维弯曲有限元模型及应力分析

【摘要】 为了应用有限元法精确求解斜齿轮的弯曲应力,根据斜齿轮啮合原理,提出了斜齿轮啮合接触线确定方法.采用有限元ANSYS软件的参数化设计APDL语言,开发了自动完成斜齿轮三维弯曲有限元建模与应力分析程序模块.以某型货车变速器齿轮为研究对象,建立了相应的斜齿轮三维弯曲有限元模型,通过斜齿轮三维有限元分析与齿轮承载能力计算ISO标准结果比较,说明所建立的斜齿轮三维弯曲有限元模型不但可以准确反映斜齿轮的三维应力分布,而且可以精确求解斜齿轮不同啮合位置的齿根应力.

【Abstract】 In order to compute the bending stress of helical gear with finite element method,a determining method for the engaging contact lines of helical gear was proposed according to the engaging principle of helical gear.The program module for automatic three-dimensional bending finite element modeling and stress analysis of heliacal gear was developed with APDL in ANSYS.The helical gear in a truck transmission was selcted as the research object,and its three-dimensional bending finite element model was established.The results obtained by three-dimensional finite element analysis of helical gear were comparied with the gear carrying canpacity in ISO standard.It is found that the finite element model of heliacal gear can not only reflect exactly the three-dimensional stress distribution of helical gear,but also solve accurately the tooth root stress at different engaging points of helical gear.
