【摘要】 目的 探讨肾转移瘤的临床及CT表现。方法 回顾性分析63例肾转移瘤的临床资料及CT表现。结果 肾转移瘤CT表现为实性病变47例,囊性病变7例,弥漫浸润型8例和出血性病变1例。33例病变为多发。病变实性部分强化轻微。临床症状多隐匿(62例),伴有其他部位转移者62例。原发灶以肺癌多见(41例)。结论 同一原发肿瘤的肾转移瘤可有多种CT表现,了解这些表现有助于其鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinic and CT features of renal metastases.Methods CT findings of 63 cases of renal metastases were analyzed retrospectively.Results Renal metastases presented as solid lesions(n=47),cystic lesions(n=7),diffusely infiltrative lesions(n=8) and hemorrhagic lesion(n=1).The lesions were multiple in 33 cases,the solid parts of tumors were slight enhancement following contrast medium injection.The symptoms clinically were mostly occult(62 cases),and accompanied with metastases in the other regions in 62 cases,the metastases were mostly from lungs(41 cases).Conclusion The renal metastases from the same primary lesions might show different CT features,familiar with CT findings of renal metastases is helpful to differential diagnosis of renal metastases.更多还原
