【摘要】 目的 探讨CT与超声生物显微镜(ultrasound biomicroscope,UBM)对眼前段异物诊断优缺点及联合应用价值。方法对本院47例眶内异物者行CT和UBM检查,并与手术结果相对照。结果 47例眼前段异物中42例CT上显示为高密度影,手术取出物分别为金属碎片、铅笔芯、石块、玻璃等,3例呈稍高密度影,为塑料异物,2例无异常发现者分别为竹签和板栗刺。45例UBM检查均表现为强回声光斑伴声影,2例CT检查发现异物后,再次行UBM检查找到异物。结论 眼前段异物诊断最佳方案应先行CT扫描确定异物方位及异物种类,再行UBM检查确定异物准确位置和并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of CT and ultrasound biomicroscope(UBM) in diagnosing foreign body in anterior segment of eye.Methods The findings of CT and UBM in 47 patients with foreign body at anterior segment of eye were retrospectively reviewed comparatively with operation results.Results The foreign bodys in 42/47 cases were hyperdensity on CT image,which were metal debris,hearts of pencil,stones and glasses,3/47 were slightly high density on CT image,which were plastics and 2/47 were negative on CT images,which were bamboo stick and chestnuts thorns.The foreign bodys in 45/47 cases were hyperecho with acoustic shadow at UBM,2 cases of them,the foreign bodys were find out by UBM later after the discovery of foreign bodys by CT.Conclusion It is the best schedule in diagnosis of foreign body in anterior segment of eye to identify its locations and kinds with CT,then describe its precise locations and complications with UBM.更多还原
