【摘要】 目的 探讨剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠的MRI影像表现,提高对该病的认识。方法 5例经临床证实的剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠病例,对其MRI影像资料进行回顾性分析,与临床病理对照,计算准确率。结果 MRI显示5例子宫前下壁局部肌层明显变薄伴相应位置团片状异常信号影,T₁WI呈等低信号,T₂WI呈不均匀高信号,子宫基层结合带连续或中断。与临床病理对照,4例MRI诊断正确,1例MRI误诊滋养细胞肿瘤,准确率为80%。结论 剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠的MRI影像表现有一定特征性,对于临床及超声检查难以确诊的病例可进一步行MRI检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate MRI features of caesarean section scar pregnancy,so that to improve the knowledge of this disease.Methods 5 cases of clinically confirmed cases of caesarean section scar pregnancy were involved in this study.MRI images were reviewed comparatively with pathology.Results MR imaging showed that the anterior walls of uterus were significantly thinner in local muscle groups with the corresponding location of abnormal signal shadows which were low signal intensity on T₁WI and heterogeneous high signal intensity on T₂WI,the conjugated zones of substantia propia of the uterus were continuous or interrupted.Based on pathology,4 cases were diagnosed accurately by MR imaging,1 case misdiagnosed as gestational trophoblastic tumor by MRI,the accuracy was 80 %.Conclusion Caesarean section scar pregnancy has some characteristic on MR imaging.更多还原
