【摘要】 目的 对比观察转移瘤椎体与健康对照组椎体的氢质子磁共振波谱(~1H-MRS)特点。方法 以25例健康组~1H-MRS作对照,分析25例经临床及病理证实的转移瘤椎体的~1H-MRS的变化,定量分析感兴趣椎体的脂与水的比率(LWR)及脂肪百分含量(FF%),对2组椎体的FF%及其与年龄的相关性进行定量对比分析。结果 转移瘤组椎体的平均LWR为0.038±0.024,对照组椎体的平均LWR为0.64±0.20,转移瘤组的LWR明显低于对照组(t=14.7,P<0.01);转移瘤组患者的平均年龄为(60.3±10.1)岁,FF%与其年龄无相关性(r=0.151,P=0.491>0.05),对照组受检者平均年龄为(56.2±9.3)岁,FF%与年龄具有相关性(r=0.936,P<0.01)。结论 脊柱转移瘤~1H-MRS示脂峰、LWR、FF%明显降低,且转移瘤椎体的脂肪含量与年龄不存在相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(~1H-MRS) performances of the vertebrae with metastatic tumors and healthy controls.Methods ~1H-MRS in 25 cases clinically and pathologically confirmed with spinal metastases and25 healthy subjects was performed.The fat/water ratio(LWR),percentage of fat fraction(FF%)of vertebral bodys and the correlation of the age in all cases and the interested vertebral bodys were quantitatively analyzed.Results The mean LWRs were 0.038 ±0.024 and 0.64 ± 0.20 in metastatic group and control group respectively,the LWR in metastatic group was significantly lower than that in control group(t=14.7,P<0.01).The mean ages were(60.3±10.1) and(56.2±9.3) years in metastatic group and control group respectively.There was no correlation between age and FF% in metastatic group(r=0.151,P=0.491>0.05),but was in control group(r=0.936, P<0.01).Conclusion ~1H-MRS showed lipid peak,LWR and FF% values are significantly lower in metastatic veterbral bodys,and there is no relativity between the age of the patients and fat content.更多还原
