【摘要】 目的 探讨透视下点片在诊断细微、隐匿肋骨骨折中的应用价值。方法 对78例胸部外伤患者均采取常规摄正位或正、侧、斜位片后,在数字胃肠透视机下观察外伤处或局部压痛点处肋骨的情况作点片,并随访,部分可疑骨折病例行肋骨CT三维成像定性。结果 透视监视下的肋骨点片共发现骨折169处,肋骨常规正、侧位片发现骨折129处,透视下点片发现肋骨隐匿骨折28例(误诊1例),常规片为15例。结论 透视下点片对肋骨隐匿性骨折的诊断是一种可靠性的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of spot-film under fluoroscope in diagnosing costal occult fractures.Methods 78 cases with chest trauma underwent radiography,including posterior-anterior,lateral and oblique positions,and the traumatic costal areas were also examined with spot-film under fluoroscope and followed-up.Some patients underwent 3D CT examinations.Results 169and 129 costal fractures were detected by spot-films and conventional radiography respectively,occult fractures in 28 cases(but 1 of them was misdiagnosed) and 15 cases were found by spot-films and conventional radiography.Conclusion Spot-film under fluoroscope is a reliable way in diagnosing occult costal fracture.更多还原
