CT、MRI在周围性面瘫诊断中的应用
The Application of Multi-slice Spiral CT and MRI in Diagnosis of Facial Paralysis
【摘要】 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT与MRI技术在周围性面瘫的定位及病因诊断中的价值。方法 回顾性分析68例周围性面瘫患者的CT、MRI资料,分析总结影像学在周围性面瘫的定位、定性诊断中的意义。结果 本组68例周围性面瘫中影像学能明确定位45例(66.2%)。病因分别是耳部先天畸形时伴面神经管异常2例,外伤性面瘫25例,慢性中耳乳突炎合并胆脂瘤10例,肿瘤11例及Bell’s面瘫20例。除Bell’s面瘫影像学无异常发现外,其他均准确发现病变并提示诊断。结论 合理运用CT、MRI技术,对耳部先天性发育畸形、脑外伤、慢性中耳乳突炎及肿瘤所致的周围性面瘫具有重要的诊断意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT and MRI in diagnosis of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods Imaging data of 68 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were analyzed retrospectively.The values of CT and MRI in localizing and qualitative diagnosing peripheral facial paralysis were summarized.Results In present study,45 of 68 cases(66.2%) of peripheral facial paralysis could be evaluated accurately in the etiology by CT and MRI,including congenital malformations of ear(r=2),traumatic facial paralysis(n=25),chronic tympanitis with cholesteatoma(n=10) and tumors(n=11),but Bell’ s facial paralysis(n=20) was no of positive imaging findings.Conclusion CT and MRI are of significance for congenital ear deformities,traumatic brain injury,chronic tympanitis with cholesteatomas,and tumors-induced peripheral facial paralysis.
