【摘要】 目的 探讨小儿白血病肾浸润的CT表现。方法 回顾性分析了9例经骨髓穿刺检查确诊的白血病肾浸润的CT表现,包括急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)7例,急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)2例。结果 双侧肾脏形态有不同程度的增大,弥漫性浸润7例、多发性结节2例。增强扫描病变轻度强化或不强化。结论 CT检查对了解白血病肾的浸润程度与范围、有无并发症和观察治疗反应有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the CT manifestations of renal infiltration of acute leukemia in children.Methods CT manifestations in 9 cases of renal infiltration of acute leukemia proved by bone marrow examination were analyzed retrospectively,in which7 cases were acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL) and 2 cases were acute non-lymphocytic leukemia(ANLL).Results CT features included bilateral kidneys increase in different degree,diffuse infiltration in 7 cases and multiple nodules in 2 cases.The lesions in all cases were mild or no enhancement.Conclusion CT may play an important role in showing the degree and range of the kidney lesions in acute leukemia,and in evaluating the response to treatment and complications of chemotherapy.更多还原
