【摘要】 目的 分析骨原发性淋巴瘤的影像学特征,探讨本病的影像学诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析19例经临床病理证实骨原发性淋巴瘤的影像学资料,包括X线16例、CT 15例及MRI 17例。结果 单骨受累16例,多骨受累3例。X线及CT表现为溶骨样改变14例,混合性溶骨-硬化改变4例,3例轻度骨膜反应,CT检查15例均见不同程度软组织影。MRI检查,病变在T₁WI上呈等信号13例,低信号4例;T₂WI上呈等信号2例,稍高信号10例,高信号5例;信号均匀或大致均匀11例,信号不均匀6例。结论骨原发性淋巴瘤具有一定的影像学特征,但确诊依靠病理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To describe imaging features and imaging diagnostic value of primary lymphoma of bone.Methods Imaging features of 19 patients with primary lymphoma of bone proved by pathology were retrospectively reviewed.Of 19 cases,16,15and 17 cases underwent X-ray,CT and MRI,respectively.Results Single bone involved in 16 cases and multiple involved in 3 cases by tumors.The lesions on X-ray and CT appeared as osteolysis in 14 cases,mixed both osteolysis and osteosclerosis in 4 cases and slight periosteal reaction in 3 cases,soft tissue masses were showed in 15 cases by CT.On MRI,the lesions were isointensity in 13 cases and hypointnesity in 4 cases on T₁WI,and isointensity in 2 cases,slight hyperintensity in 10 cases and hyperintensity in 5 cases on T₂WI,the tumors were homogeneous intensity in 11 cases and heterogeneous intensity in 6 cases.Conclusion Primary lymphoma of bone has certain imaging characteristics,but the final diagnosis is still depended on pathology.更多还原
