江苏油田卤水输送管道中硫酸钙结垢趋势预测

【摘要】 采用Oddo-Tomson饱和指数法考察含硫酸盐的卤水输送管道的硫酸钙结垢趋势,并确定判断方法;根据江苏油田输卤管道的结垢样品分析结果和输卤的温度、压力等条件,确定江苏油田淮安首站输卤管道卤水中硫酸钙的结垢趋势的应用方程,并对其硫酸钙的结垢趋势进行预测。预测结果与现场采集的结垢样品的分析结果基本一致。

【Abstract】 The CaSO4 scaling trend prediction and judgment method in the brine sulfate-bearing pipeline were studied and established with Oddo-Tomsons saturation index method.The applied equations on scaling prediction in the brine pipeline about Huaian Lose Halogen Stand were determined based on the analysis results of scaling samples and the conditions of temperature,pressure in Jiangsu Oilfield lose water piping brine.The prediction results of scaling trend for sulfate in brine in the pipeline of Jianghan Oilfield were obtained,and which agree with the analysis results of the scaling samples collected at production site.
