【摘要】 目的考察WHPI经腹腔注射和静脉注射对小鼠的急性毒性作用。方法按中药新药毒理学研究指南的要求与方法,用SPF级昆明小鼠以腹腔注射、尾静脉注射两种给药途径进行了WHPI的急性毒性试验,用Bliss法计算其半数致死量(Lethal Dose 50,LD50)。结果受试物腹腔注射给药对昆明小鼠的LD50为30.08 mg/kg;尾静脉注射给药对昆明小鼠的LD50为71.45 mg/kg。结论 WHPI腹腔注射对昆明小鼠的毒性比静脉注射的毒性高。这可能是WHPI经肝代谢后的产物毒性比静脉注射时高,提示临床上宜采用静脉注射途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the acute toxicity of WHPI on KM mice.Methods Determinating its lethal dose 50(LD50) by means of Bliss’s method.Results LD50 of WHPI is 30.08(28.73~31.66)mg/kg on KM mice with ip,while its LD50is 71.45(68.54~74.17)mg/kg with iv.Conclusion The acute toxicity of WHPI on KM mice with ip is stronger than that with iv,which suggests that it should be iv in the clinics.更多还原
