【摘要】 为了掌握Beagle犬贾第鞭毛虫的感染情况,本实验室在2009年3月～2010年2月共抽样检测了910只实验Beagle犬,其中109只检测到了贾第鞭毛虫包囊,贾第鞭毛虫感染的总阳性率为11.98%。结果还表明,不同月份间差异极显著,不同性别间差异不显著,幼犬感染率大于成犬,不同年龄组间差异极显著。通过检测可掌握犬群中贾第鞭毛虫的感染情况,对及时诊断、发现并控制疾病的传播有积极的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to provide high quality of experimental Beagles to institutes of scientific research in both China and foreign countries,the presence of Giardia infections is periodically detected by our monitor lab.This study was carried out a survey for the presence of Giardia infections in Beagles using a Synbiotics OVASSAY Plus kit.Nine hundred and ten dogs were examined for Giardia infections in four age groups.The result also shows that:Slightly more female dogs(14.76%) than male(7.86%) dogs were affected;there was no significant difference between the two groups.The overall positive rates of Giardia infections were 11.98%,there is no significant difference between different gender,and χ2 analysis revealed a significantly higher prevalence in the < 2-month-old group than in the other groups.Through periodical detection,Giardia infection situations can acquire,immediately diagnose and control can carry out,which further ensure the high quality of experimental Beagles that our company provided.更多还原
