基于Visio的图形化建模可测性分析软件设计
Design of graphic modeling testability analysis software based on Visio
【摘要】 通过研究基于多信号模型的可测性建模和分析方法,提出一种基于Visio控件构建图形化建模系统的设计方法。结合具体示例给出了多信号模型的建模方法和故障测试依赖矩阵的求法,并分析了示例的模糊组、未检测故障、冗余测试、隐藏故障、掩盖故障、故障检测率和隔离率等可测性指标,其结果与应用TEAMS软件的分析结果一致。实践证明:该方案是可行的,对开发可测性辅助分析软件具有参考价值。
【Abstract】 This paper studied the technology of testable modeling and analysis method on the basis of multi-signal model and put forward a design method for constructing the graphic modeling system on the basis of Visio drawing control.The paper gave an example to illustrate the modeling method of multi-signal and the algorithms of the generation of the dependency matrix,and analyzed the example of the ambiguity group,undetected faults,redundant tests,faults hidden,faults masking,FDR and FIR,etc.The analysis results are the same as those of the TEAMS.The practice shows this scheme is feasible,and it is valuable for developing testability tool.
