神经母细胞瘤患者血清NSE和VEGF水平测定及其临床意义

【摘要】 目的:探讨神经母细胞瘤(NB)患者血清神经元特异性烯醇酶(NSE)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平测定及其临床意义。方法:选用电化学发光法检测患者血清NSE和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测患者血清VEGF水平,并取健康儿童血清作为对照。结果:初治组患者血清NSE和VEGF水平明显高于对照组[(62.1±31.2)U/ml、(510.23±212.3)ng/L]vs[(14.2±4.2)U/ml、(201.1±68.9)ng/L]。复发组NSE和VEGF水平分别为(58.9±29.9)U/ml、(501.35±216.6)ng/L明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。患者治疗有效组较治疗前NSE和VEGF水平明显降低[(40.17±12.22)U/ml、(255.17±152.13)ng/L]vs[(101.17±32.29)U/ml、(481.55±250.41)ng/L](P<0.01)。初诊时血清NSE与VEGF水平经Spearman等级相关分析呈正相关。结论:NSE和VEGF水平是神经母细胞瘤负荷指标,提示血清NSE和VEGF水平可作为监测神经母细胞瘤的疗效、复发与预后的辅助性指标。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of serum neuron specific enolase(NSE) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) level in patients with neuroblastoma(NB).Methods: The serum NSE levels were detected by electro chemiluminescence,the serum VEGF levels were detected by ELISA assay in NB patients and healthy children as control.Results: The serum levels of NSE and VEGF in initially treated patients were significantly higher than those in healthy children [(62.1±31.2) U/ml,(510.23±212.3)ng/L vs(14.2 ±4.2) U/ml,(201.1±68.9)ng/L](P<0.01).The serum levels of NSE and VEGF from the patients who received CR in post-treatment patients were significantly lower than those in pre-treated patients [(40.17±12.22) U/ml、(255.17±152.13)ng/L] vs[(101.17±32.29) U/ml,(481.55±250.41)ng/L](P<0.01).Conclusion: The serum levels of NSE and VEGF are effective indexes in neuroblastoma patients,so they are auxiliary indexes in monitoring curative effect diagnosing recurrence and evaluating prognosis in neuroblastoma.
