【摘要】 目的:观察85例III期乳腺癌患者治疗的疗效,寻找提高疗效的策略。方法:2003年6月至2005年12月85例III期乳腺癌患者接受了外科手术治疗,根据是否接受新辅助化疗分为手术组(41例)和新辅助化疗组(44例),比较两组的手术性质及治疗结果。结果:新辅助化疗组的无病生存期为59.1个月,明显高于手术组的43.1个月(P<0.05),新辅助化疗组的5年无病生存率为36.16%,手术组为34.14%(P>0.05)。结论:局部晚期乳腺癌患者接受新辅助化疗后手术可提高无病生存时间,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of 85 cases of stage III breast cancer.Methods: From June 2003 to December 2005,85 patients with operable stage III breast cancer received surgical operation.They were divided into two groups according to treatment.Operation group(n=41) and preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy group(n=44).The operative quality and curative outcome were compared between these groups.Results: The disease free survival time of neoadjuvant chemotherapy group was 59.4 months which was obviously longer than that of operation group 43.1 months(P<0.05).The 5-year disease free survival rate of the patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy was 36.16%,which was little higher than(34.14%) the patients of operation group(P>0.05).Conclusion: Compared with operation group,neoadjuvant chemotherapy can obviously improve DFS time in patients with operable locally advanced breast cancer.更多还原
