【摘要】 目的:探讨腔镜辅助下小切口腮腺浅叶肿瘤手术的的临床应用价值。方法:自2009年11月至2011年3月,选择16例位于腮腺浅叶且肿瘤直径小于3cm病例,行腮腺浅叶切除术或区段切除术治疗。其中传统切口手术10例,腔镜辅助下小切口微创手术6例,将两组病例的手术时间、出血量、术后引流量、及患者满意度进行分析。结果:所有手术均顺利完成,手术时间对比两组无差别,出血量微创组小于传统组,术后引流量微创组小于传统组。所有病例均未出现面神经损伤及腮腺瘘等并发症,小切口手术术后伤口较为美观,患者满意度100%。结论:对于位于腮腺浅叶,直径小于3厘米的良性肿瘤,腔镜辅助下小切口手术是一种创伤小、有较好美容效果、病人易于接受的手术治疗方法。该术式较传统开放式手术,在美容、微创、疗效三方面相得益彰,有着较好的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical value of minimal incision and cosmetic outcome by minimal incisive surgery with endoscope-assistant for parotid benign tumor.Methods: From November 2009 to March 2011,16 patients with benign tumors located in the superficial lobe of the parotid gland were randomly assigned to conventional(10 cases)and endoscopic(6 cases) partial-superficial parotidectomy.Pathological findings were benign tumors.The operative time,amount of bleeding,amount flow after surgery and the satisfaction of patient were analysised.Results: All of the operations were completed successfully.The operative time was not significantly different between the tow groups.The amount of bleeding and amount flow after surgery was markedly lower in endoscopy-assisted group.There were no complications.Conclusion: To portion of parotid benign tumor,minimal incisive surgery with endoscope-assistant is a minimal invasive procedure,with cosmetic outcome and easily accepted by patients.The operation with endoscope-assisted is safe and practical for the treatments of parotid benign tumor.更多还原
