【摘要】 目的:研究iASPP(inhibitor member of the ASPP family)在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:用RT-PCR方法检测iASPP mRNA在60例胃癌及对应的癌旁组织中的表达,并研究其与临床病理特征的关系。结果:胃癌组织中iASPP阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),胃癌组织中iASPP表达水平(0.503±0.336)明显高于癌旁组织(0.205±0.108)。胃癌中iASPP的高表达同肿瘤分化程度和肿瘤浸润深度以及患者无瘤生存时间有关(P<0.05)。结论:iASPP与胃癌的发生发展有关,影响胃癌的分化及患者预后,有望成为胃癌治疗的新靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of inhibitor member of the ASPP family(iASPP) in gastric cancer.Methods:iASPP mRNA expression was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) in 60 cases of gastric cancer tissues and tissues adjacent carcinoma,and the clinicopathological implications of the expression levels were studied.Results:The expression of iASPP in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than in tissues adjacent carcinoma(P<0.05).The levels of expression in gastric cancer tissues(0.503 ± 0.336)were significantly higher than in tissues adjacent carcinoma(0.205 ±0.108).Overexpression of iASPP was related to tumor differentiation degree and invasion depth and prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:iASPP was related to carcinogenesis,development of gastric cancer.The expression of iASPP contributes to tumor differentiation degree and patients’ prognosis of gastric cancer.It may be a novel target for therapy in gastric cancer.更多还原
