应用组织芯片技术研究上皮性卵巢癌组织中VEGF的表达及意义

【摘要】 目的:检测人上皮性卵巢癌组织及卵巢良性肿瘤组织中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growthfactor,VEGF)的表达,探讨二者在卵巢癌演进和异质化过程中的特点及它们之间的关系及意义。方法:应用组织芯片技术和免疫组织化学染色方法对87例石蜡包埋的人上皮性卵巢癌组织和42例卵巢良性肿瘤组织进行VEGF蛋白检测。结果:在卵巢癌组织中VEGF的高表达率为73.6%,而在卵巢良性肿瘤组织中其高表达率为33.3%,两者差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01);有淋巴结转移者VEGF的高表达率为86.2%,无淋巴结转移者的高表达率为65.5%,两者VEGF的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在有淋巴结转移的肿瘤中MVD明显高于无转移组肿瘤MVD(P<0.01)。结论:VEGF高表达与上皮性卵巢癌的发生及其病理特征和生物学行为有密切的关系。VEGF可能是影响上皮性卵巢癌中血管生成的重要因素之一。

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the expression of VEGF and explore the relationship between expression of VEGF and metastasis of ovarian cancer.Method:Total of 87 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer and 42 cases of benign epithelial tumor of ovary were detected by tissue microarries.VEGF were visualized by immunohistochemical SP.Results:The ratio of hyper-expression of VEGF in epithelial ovarian cancer was 73.6% while that of the tissues of benign epithelial tumor of ovary was 33.3%,(P<0.01).Its correlation with clinical pathological parameters was significant(P<0.05).The significant difference of the hyper-expression of VEGF existed between the ovary cancer and the tissues of benign epithelial tumor of ovary(P<0.01).And the hyper-expression between lymph node metastasis group and non-lymph-node-metastasis group was highly different(P<0.01).MVD of the different group on the size of tumor had significant difference(P<0.01).Hyper-expression of VEGF was positive correlated with expression of MVD.Conclusion: The hyper-pression of VEGF is closely related with epithelial ovarian cancer development.VEGF is probably one of the importment factors which can affect angiogenesis.
