【摘要】 目的:观察体部伽玛刀治疗中晚期胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法:对156例中晚期胰腺癌,采用体部伽玛刀治疗。根据病灶的形状,大小及患者的身体状况,确定治疗次数及分次剂量,取50%-60%的等剂量曲线覆盖靶区,单次剂量300-450CGY,治疗10-14次,每日一次,总剂量4000-4500CGY。结果:治疗结束后2-6月CT复查156例,肿瘤完全缓解20例(12.8%),部分缓解114例(73.1%),稳定16例(10.3%),进展6例(3.8%),治疗后随访生存6月138例(88.5%),生存12月63例(40.4%),24月以后生存18例(11.5%)。体部伽玛刀治疗未见穿孔、大出血、持续高热等严重并发症。结论:体部伽玛刀治疗中晚期胰腺癌临床疗效较好,是一种安全、可靠的治疗方法,为临床医生提供了一种新的治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effectiveness of body r-knife in patients with advanced pancreatic carcinoma.Methods: One hundred and fifty-six patients with advanced pancreatic carcinoma were treated with body r-knife therapy.The dosage distribution and other radiotherapeutic plans were established on the basis of carcinoma position.The isodose carve was 50%-60% and covered the target volume The single dose was 350-450cGy.The radiation was performed once everyday for 10-14time.Results: Among 156 patients who received CT after 2 to 6months of the therapy,20 cases achieved complete response and 114 cases achieved partial response,remained unchanged in16 patients,and enlarged in 6 patients,the 6-month,12month,24-month overall survival rates were 88.5,40.4 and 11.5.No perforation serious bleeding or continuous high fever was observed.Conclusion: Body r-knife can achieve a high local control rate and survival rate.Its clinical therapeutic effectiveness is satisfactory.Body r-knife is a safe and reliable treatment option for patients with locally advanced pancreatic carcinoma.更多还原
