【摘要】 目的:研究胃癌组织中Survivin和HIF-1α的表达情况,初步分析它们与胃癌生物学行为之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测64例胃癌和15例正常胃黏膜组织中Survivin和HIF-1α的表达。结果:64例胃癌组织中Survivin和HIF-1α的阳性表达率分别为75%和65.63%,Survivin与HIF-1α在胃癌组织中的表达水平明显高于正常胃组织中的表达水平(P<0.05)。Survivin和HIF-1α的表达与胃癌的临床TNM分期、浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);与患者的年龄、性别和组织学分级无关。Survivin和HIF-1α之间存在显著相关性(rs=0.328,P<0.05)。结论:Survivin和HIF-1α在胃癌的发生发展过程中起着重要的作用,联合检测可为胃癌的早期诊断、治疗和预后判断提供必要的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of Survivin and hypoxia inducible factor-1alpha(HIF-1α) in gastric carcinoma.Methods: Survivin and HIF-1αexpression were detected by immunohistochemistry in 64 cases of gastric carcinoma and 15 cases of normal gastric mucosa tissues.Results: The positive rates of Survivin and HIF-1αin 64 cases of gastric carcinoma were 75% and 65.63% respectively.The expressions of Survivin and HIF-1αwere significantly higher in gastric carcinoma than in normal gastric mucosa tissue(P<0.05).The expressions of Survivin and HIF-1αin gastric carcinoma were significantly associated with TNM stage,inoasive depth and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05) but not with patient’s age,sex and tumor grade.There was positive correlation between Survivin expression with HIF-1α(rs=0.328,P<0.05).Conclusion: Survivin and HIF-1α may play important roles in oncogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma.Detection of Survivin and HIF-1α protein may have potential effects on early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
