【摘要】 目的:观察卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂动脉灌注治疗老年胃癌肝转移的疗效,生存质量及不良反应。方法:收集38例>65岁确诊胃癌肝转移患者,通过介入治疗在肝动脉或(和)胃左动脉灌注奥沙利铂130mg/m2,同时口服卡培他滨每天2500mg/m2,分早晚2次,餐后30min口服,d1-5,d8-12,d15-19,28天为一周期,两周期评价。结果:38例患者中,完全缓解(CR)4例,部分缓解(PR)16例,稳定(SD)14例,进展(PD)5例,RR率为52.6%。不良反应主要为手足综合征,消化道反应,贫血和外周神经毒性,大部分为1级,耐受良好。结论:卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂动脉灌注治疗老年胃癌肝转移安全有效,不良反应小,值得临床上进一步观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect and toxicity of combined oxaliplatin with capecitabine through arteria interventional therapy in the invert treatment of hepatic metastasis from gastric cancer of older patient.Methods: Thirty eight patients with hepatic metastasis from gastric cancer were enrolledm agesd more than 65 years older.The protocol were arteria hepatica and arteriae gastrica sinistra interventional therapy with oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2;oral administration of capecitabine with 2500mg/m2 and twice a day after food;oral administration of days with d1-5,d8-12,d15-19.The total treatments were fifty six days,with two cycles.Results: Of the total 38 patients,four patients achieved CR,16 PR,14 SD,and 5 PD,the response rate was 52.6%.The major toxicities were hand-foot syndrome,nausea,anemia and peripheral neurotoxicity with the majority at grade Ⅰand were well tolerated.Conclusion: Combined oxaliplatin with capecitabine through arteria interventional therapy in the invert treatment of hepatic metastasis from gastric cancer of older patient was safe and utility.The side effects were not significant in all patients.更多还原
