【摘要】 目的:观察平消胶囊联合沙培林胸腔介入治疗老年恶性胸水的临床疗效。方法:将80例老年恶性胸水患者随机分为两组:治疗组采用平消胶囊口服+沙培林胸腔介入治疗,对照组单用沙培林介入治疗。结果:治疗组较对照组有效率提高,特别是肉眼血性胸水完全缓解率较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:平消胶囊联合沙培林胸腔介入治疗老年恶性胸水特别是明显肉眼血性胸水,提高了治疗效果,改善了生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Pingxiao Capsule combined with OK-432 intracavitary administration on gerontel malignant pleural fluid.Methods:80 elderly patients were divided into two groups:the treated group was trated with Pingxiao capsule po and OK-432 infused,the compared one was treated with OK-432 infused only.Results.The effective rate of the treated group was better than the compared one,especially CR of naked eye bloody hydrothorax(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pingxiao Capsule combined with OK-432 intracavitary administration on gerontel malignant pleural fluid in especially naked eye bloody hydrothorax enhances the therapeutic effect and improves the quality of life.更多还原
