【摘要】 目的:了解南京市中医院2007年-2009年阿片类药品使用情况。方法:搜集数据,统计分析南京市中医院2007年-2009年中心药房阿片类药品使用数量、金额、药品DDD s(限定日剂量)及排序。结果:强阿片类药物销售金额和数量逐年增加。以羟考酮、芬太尼透皮贴剂增长较多,弱阿片类药物可待因使用呈下降趋势。本院医务处、药剂科、中西医结合癌痛镇痛中心三家联合经常开展毒麻药管理培训,贯彻WHO三阶梯镇痛的使用原则及NCCN成人癌痛临床实践指南。在肿瘤患者的疼痛治疗中,90%临床医师能正确掌握WHO癌症"三阶梯"镇痛用药方案及NCCN成人癌痛临床实践指南的原则。结合毒麻药管理规定,我院对弱阿片类镇痛药实行了人性化管理,由特殊管制药品转为按处方药品管理,并加强监控.避免了滥用。结论:我院阿片类药物的使用正逐步规范化,合理化。临床医师的阿片类药物合理应用知识有明显提高,检查与培训相结合的方式更有利于从根源上规范临床阿片类药物的使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the application of Opiates in Nanjing Hospital of TCM during 2007-2009.Methods: To collect Opiates use information in Nanjing Hospital of TCM during 2007-2009 and analyse the quantitu,consumption sun and frequency(DDDs).Results: The consumption sun and quantity of strong Opiates was increaseing year by year,Dxycodone and duragesic incresed most.The feeble Opiates were decreaseing.Conclusion: Our Hospital affairs office,pharmacy department,and the traditional Chinese and western medicine pain analgesic center often conduct poison anesthetic management training,implement three steps of using the principles and NCCN adult pain clinical practice guidelines.In the treatment of cancer patients with pain,90% of clinicians can correctly grasp the three steps of using the principles and NCCN adult pain clinical practice guidelines.The clinicians’s knowledge of rational use of Opiates has increased singnificanlly.更多还原
