【摘要】 目的:分析在乳腺癌治疗中重组人粒细胞刺激因子注射液致药物不良反应(ADR)发生的特点。方法:收集并分析2006年1月至2009年11月我科重组人粒细胞刺激因子注射液致不良反应病例。结果:重组人粒细胞刺激因子注射液致不良反应,临床表现多数为过敏反应,反应较轻,尚有罕见严重的不良反应。结论:临床应重视重组人粒细胞刺激因子注射液使用的安全性问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the adverse drug reaction in the clinical application of recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(rhG-CSF).Methods:cases suffered from adverse drug reaction of rhG-CSF from January 2006 to November 2009 were collected and analyzed.Results:Most of adverse drug reactions induced by rhG-CSF manifested as allergic reactions and are not serious.Conclusion:More attention should be paid on safety of rhG-CSF.更多还原
