【摘要】 目的:探讨sPLA 2-Ⅱa基因在食管鳞癌中的表达及其与鳞癌的发生、发展、转移之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法及RT-PCR法检测56例正常食管粘膜组织、20例癌旁不典型增生组织及56例食管鳞癌组织中sPLA 2-Ⅱa蛋白的表达及mRNA的相对含量。结果:在正常食管粘膜组织、癌旁不典型增生组织及食管鳞癌组织中sPLA 2-Ⅱa蛋白的阳性表达率及mRNA相对表达量逐次升高,分别为23.2%、55.0%、85.7%及0.303±0.020、0.534±0.015、0.766±0.045,其差异均具有统计学意义。不同性别的食管鳞癌之间蛋白的表达率及mRNA相对表达量分别为67.6%、86.3%及0.706±0.012、0.773±0.035,其差异均无统计学意义。不同临床分级的食管鳞癌之间蛋白的表达率及mRNA相对表达量分别为83.3%、85.7%、87.5%及0.758±0.043、0.763±0.035、0.774±0.031,差异无统计学意义。有淋巴转移组与无淋巴转移组的食管鳞癌之间蛋白表达率及mRNA相对表达量分别为86.4%,88.2%及0.751±0.025,0.763±0.037,差异无统计学意义。结论:食管鳞癌组织中sPLA 2-Ⅱa表达量升高,其高表达可能与食管鳞癌的发生有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the expression of sPLA2-Ⅱa and the occurrence,development,infiltration and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:The expression of sPLA2-Ⅱa was detected by SP immunohistochemical and RT-PCR methods in 56 cases of esophageal carcinoma,20 cases of mucosa adjacent to cancer and 56 cases of normal esophageal mucosa.Results:In the esophageal carcinoma,mucosa adjacent to cancer and normal esophageal mucosa of sPLA2-Ⅱa protein positive expression rate and the relative mRNA expression levels of successive increases,respectively,23.2%,55.0%,85.7% and 0.303±0.020、0.534±0.015、0.766±0.045,The differences were significantly significant.Different gender of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of the protein expression between the rate and the relative mRNA expression levels were 67.6%、86.3%and 0.706±0.012、0.773±0.035,the differences were statistically significant..Different clinical classification of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of the protein expression between the rate and the relative mRNA expression levels were 83.3%、85.7%、87.5%and 0.758±0.043、0.763±0.035、0.774±0.031,the difference was not statistically significant.Lymph node metastasis and no lymph node metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of the protein expression between the rate and the relative mRNA expression levels were 86.4%,88.2% and 0.751±0.025,0.763±0.037,and the difference was not statistically.Conclusion:The expression of sPLA2-Ⅱa protein is higher in esophageal carcinoma tissue,which may be related to oncogenesis of esophageal carcinoma.更多还原
