【摘要】 目的对精制蛇毒酶乳膏进行大鼠皮肤刺激性和过敏性实验,为其临床安全性评价提供依据。方法将精制蛇毒酶乳膏用于大鼠背部正常或破损脱毛区皮肤,观察皮肤刺激性反应和动物的过敏情况。结果精制蛇毒酶乳膏反复致敏后使用,无皮肤与全身过敏反应;一次或多次给药对大鼠正常皮肤无刺激性,对破损皮肤有轻度刺激性,但给药后48 h或72 h,这种刺激性消失。结论精制蛇毒酶乳膏未产生过敏反应,也无明显刺激性反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the irritation and allergy effect of pure snake venom enzyme cream on skin of animals,and to provide the information of pre-clinical safety evaluation for application.Methods The depi-lated areas of intact skin or dermal injury skin of Wistar rats were smeared with PSVC.Skin irritation and animal allergic reaction were observed.Results After sensitization by applications of PSVC,skin and systemic allergic reaction did not appears in intact or injured skin.No irritant dermal reaction were observed in intact skin after the single or repeated applications of PSVC,while slight irritation reactions were observed in injured skin,which faded away 48 h or 72 h afterwards.Conclusion PSVC was shown to exert no apparent irritant or allergic skin reactions in Wistar rats.更多还原
