【摘要】 目的探讨各类型宫颈腺癌与HPV16/18感染的关系,分析HPV16/18的感染率与P16表达之间的相关性。方法应用原位杂交及免疫组织化学EnvisionTM二步法检测31例宫颈管型腺癌,12例宫颈子宫内膜样腺癌,9例宫颈微偏腺癌中HPV16/18及P16的表达情况,另选36例宫颈鳞癌作对照。结果①微偏腺癌中HPV16/18的检出率低于其他各组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈管型腺癌、子宫内膜样腺癌中HPV16/18的检出率与鳞癌相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②微偏腺癌中P16蛋白的阳性表达率低于其他各组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③所有HPV阳性患者P16的表达明显高于所有HPV阴性患者,P16的阳性表达率与HPV16/18感染呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论①宫颈管型腺癌及宫颈子宫内膜样腺癌与HPV16/18感染相关,而宫颈微偏腺癌可能与HPV16/18的感染无关。②P16蛋白的过表达可能参与了部分普通型宫颈腺癌的发生、发展,但在微偏腺癌中可能不起重要作用。③P16蛋白的高表达与HPV感染密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the infection of HPV16/18 in different types of cervical adenocarcinoma,and its correlation with expression of P16.Methods Hybridization in situ and EnvisionTM two-step method were used to evaluate the expression of HPV16/18 and P16 in 31 cases of endocervical adenocarcinoma,12 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma and 9 cases of minimal deviation adenocarcinoma.Thirty-six cases of squamous carcinoma of the cervix were chosen as controls.Results ①The detection rate of HPV16/18 in minimal deviation adenocarcinoma was lower than that of the other cases(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between endocervical adenocarcinoma,endometrioid adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma(P>0.05).②The positive rate of P16 in minimal deviation adenocarcinoma was lower than that of the other cases(P<0.05).③The positive expression of P16 in all HPV-positive cases was significantly higher than that in all HPV-negative cases.Positive expression of P16 was related to HPV16/18 infection(P<0.05).Conclusion ①The occurrence of endocervical adenocarcinoma and endometrioid adenocarcinoma of cervix are related to the infection of HPV16/18,but perhaps not for minimal deviation adenocarcinoma.②Overexpression of P16 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of some usual adenocarcinoma of cervix,but perhaps not in minimal deviation adenocarcinoma.③Overexpression of P16 is closely related to the infection of HPV16/18.更多还原
