【Abstract】 To clear and definite delimitation of property-right over idle asset of rural compulsory education is the threshold to realize idle education resources recycling.It is difficult to delimit property-right over the idle asset,due to the complex investment structure of rural compulsory education,and conflicts between current sparse laws and vague policy.With referring to the model of state-owned enterprise property rights defining and following the principle of legal and classified property-right’s delimitation,it makes up a property-right delimiting mechanism that segregated ownership forms usufruct and the right of disposition of the idle asset.更多还原
