【摘要】 近代中国的农民土地财产权是围绕"耕者有其田"政策目标而设计和展开的,"耕者有其田"经历了从空想性到科学性、从虚假性到真实性的发展历程。平均地权思想是国共两党农民土地政策的基本起点,但由于两党政策理念不同和由此决定的政策路径的不同,最终导致政策实施结果的不同。国民党最终背叛了耕者有其田政策,中国共产党领导的新民主主义革命,真正将"耕者有其田"作为解决农民土地问题的主线,也是孙中山"平均地权"思想的科学继承和发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Farmers land property rights in modern China are projected and expanded around the policy of " land to the tiller ".It experienced from fantasy to science and from falsity to truth.The concept of the average land ownership was the common starting point of peasant land policy by Chinese Nationalist Party and Communist Party of China.However,t he different policy connotation and approaches between the parties result in the success or failure of policy implementation. The CNP betrayed the " land to the tiller " definitively.On the contrary, the democratic revolution led by the CPC made " land to the tiller " as the main line of peasant land issues.It is inheritance and development of the average land ownership made by Sun Yat-sen.更多还原
