锚杆支护参数对巷道围岩稳定性影响研究
Influence Research of Anchor Supporting Parameters on Surrounding Rocks’ Stability
【摘要】 针对山西陵川崇安关岭山煤业工程条件,利用数值模拟方法,研究该矿开拓巷道和回采巷道帮部锚杆支护参数对巷道围岩稳定性的影响特征。研究结果表明:关岭山煤业开拓巷道和回采巷道顶属于I类巷道顶板,稳定性好,但为维护顶板完整性,利用少量锚杆支护即可;对于关岭山煤业15号煤层,帮部在锚杆直径较粗、锚杆较长、锚杆间排距较小时对巷道围岩稳定性有利,即帮部锚杆支护密度和长度较大时围岩稳定性越高;关岭山煤业开拓巷道和回采巷道帮部锚杆支护都宜采用直径18mm,长度2.4m,间排距为0.8m×0.8m的支护方式。
【Abstract】 In view of engineering condition of Guanlingshan Coal Co.,numerical simulation is used to study the influence characteristics of anchor supporting parameters on the surrounding rocks’ stability.The results show: the roofs of exploring roadway and driving roadway are I-type with good stability,so a few of anchor supports are enough to maintain their integrity;but among No.15 seam,sidewall is favorable for surrounding rock stability when the anchors are wider,longer and closer between each other,in other words,the bigger in density and length anchors are,the higher the stability is.Therefore,the anchors,18mm in diameter,2.4m in length and 0.8m×0.8m in row and column spacing,are suitable for the exploring and driving roadways of Guanlingshan Mine.
