完善我国独立董事制度之再思考
Further Reflections on the Perfection of the Independent Director System of China
【摘要】 通过对我国独立董事制度引进的背景及发展现状进行分析,提出了完善我国独立董事制度的建议。
【Abstract】 After an analysis on the background and current situation of the independent director system of China,the paper gives some suggestions on the perfection of the system.
