板材轧制快速有限元在线计算测试分析
Test and Analysis on Fast Finite Element Calculation in Strip Rolling
【摘要】 采用Intel VTune Analyzers对板材轧制快速有限元在线计算进行性能测试与分析,研究了影响程序计算速度的关键因素,以期对实际生产监控提供指导。测试分析结果表明:程序的并行化程度较好,最耗时间的子程序是Hession矩阵以及计算塑性变形功率和摩擦变形功率的子程序。CPU核数的增加有助于减少程序运行的计算时间。计算过程中最耗时间的函数均是系统自带的无法进行更改,应尽可能地减少调用它们的次数以降低时间损耗。
【Abstract】 To provide guidance on the actual production monitoring,the Intel Vtune Analyzers is adopted to the test and analysis on fast finite element calculation in strip rolling,and the key factors influencing computing speed are discussed.The results show that the FFE takes on good parallel performance.The most time-consuming subroutines are the Hession matrix,the plastic deformation power and friction deformation power.Increasing the number of CPU’s nuclear can help us reduce the computing time.The most time-consuming system functions should be decrease the calling number to reduce the time loss.
