催化裂化烟气脱硫、脱氮吸附剂的初步研究

【摘要】 在微型连续床式反应装置上,考察了催化裂化催化剂吸附烟气中SO2、NOx的性能。当SO2、NOx的体积分数分别为1800和1900μL/L、反应温度为220℃、微正压操作时,新鲜吸附剂90%的SO2脱除率维持在140~200 s,70%的NOx脱除率维持在220~470 s;吸附容量为11.4~16.2 mg/g。SO2、NOx与吸附剂以物理吸附和化学吸附方式相作用;吸附运转剂表面的S和N分别以SO24-和NO-3存在。

【Abstract】 Performances of SO2 and NOx removal over catalytic cracking catalysts were investigated in a micro continuous bed device.Removal rate of more than 90% to SO2 over fresh adsorbents was retained for 140 to 200 s,and that of more than 70% to NOx for 220 to 470 s under the conditions of φ(SO2)= 1800 μL/L,φ(NOx)=1900 μL/L,200℃,and light positive pressure.The adsorption capability to SO2 was in the range of 11.4-16.2 mg/g.SO2 and NOx interacted with adsorbents in physical and chemical adsorptions.The S and N in the surface of run adsorbents existed in the form of SO2-4 and NO-3,respectively.
