【摘要】 [目的]了解我国护理核心能力概念、内涵及框架研究现状,为护理能力的培养和评价提供依据。[方法]采用文献评价方法,对中文文献进行检索、评价、数据提取、合成。[结果]我国护理核心能力与核心胜任力在概念上存在研究薄弱、定义模糊、不统一,交替使用现象;在内涵界定上不一致,主要有两个层面的界定三方面含义,内涵指标存在差异。[结论]我国护理核心能力的概念、内涵及框架有待进一步研究和统一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To know about the research status of conception,connotation and framework of nursing cores ability,to provide evidences for nursing ability cultivation and evaluation.Methods:adopt literature e-valuation ways,Chinese literatures were retrieved,evaluated,data extrac-tion and synthesized.Results: There were such phenomenons as weak study,vaguely defined,not uniform,alternate use in conception of nurs-ing cores ability and cores competence.And the connotation defined was inconsistent,including two levels inconsistent with the definition of three aspects.Conclusion:The conception,connotation and framework of nurs-ing cores ability in china need to study and unified further.更多还原
