新型马来酸酐-丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物的阻垢特性研究
Study on scale inhibition properties of new type maleic anhydride-acrylamide-methyl acrylate copolymer
【摘要】 将马来酸酐(MAH)与苯酚于室温下混合得到一种电荷转移配合物(简称CTC),用此配合物与丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)按摩尔比1∶1∶1,采用偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,在反应温度55℃,反应时间2 h,引发剂用量为0.3%较为缓和的条件下进行聚合反应,得到马来酸酐-丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸甲酯三元共聚物(MAH/AM/MA)阻垢剂。结果表明,该阻垢剂对碳酸钙和磷酸钙均具有优异的阻垢性能,阻垢剂浓度为130 mg/L时,对碳酸钙的阻垢率达到100%;阻垢剂浓度为7 mg/L时,对磷酸钙的阻垢率可达到100%。
【Abstract】 Maleic anhydride(MAH) and phenol were blended together to synthesize a charge-transfer complex(CTC).This complex with acrylamide(AM) and methyl acrylate(MA)were initiated by azobisisobutyronitrile to synthesize a MAH/AM/MA polymer scale inhibitor.Reaction conditions were molar ratio 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 1,reaction temperature 55 ℃,reaction time 2 h,dosage of initiator 0.3%.The results showed that the copolymer possessed good effect on reducing scale depositions of CaCO3 and Ca3(PO4)2.Scale inhibition rate of the copolymer to CaCO3 and Ca3(PO4)2 were both 100% when concentration of this scale inhibitor were 130 mg/L and 7 mg/L.
