外墙涂料乳液(BA-St-MMA)合成与耐水性改进研究

【摘要】 合成了不同配比的苯丙乳液(BA-St-MMA),考察了软硬单体比例、引发剂用量、乳化剂用量、反应温度等对乳液性能的影响;考察了改性剂对涂膜的耐水性的影响。结果表明,乳液的最佳组成为:软硬单体质量比为BA/St/MMA=60/24/16,丙烯酸占单体总质量的5.0%,乳化剂用量为单体总质量的3.0%,阴、非离子型乳化剂配比为1∶2,引发剂量为单体总质量的0.5%。改性剂可以有效地提高涂膜的耐水性,丙烯酰胺适宜用量为单体质量的0.7%,苯酚适宜用量为单体质量的0.4%,三聚氰胺适宜用量为单体质量的0.9%。

【Abstract】 A serious of different ratios acrylate copolymerization emulsion(BA-St-MMA) had been prepared.The influence of the ratio of "soft" monomers to "stiff" monomers,initator amount,emulsifier amount and reaction temperature on the emulsion performance were investigated.The improvement of the coat’s water-resistance was studied by adding some reformers.The best emulsion formula were as follows:the ratio of "soft" monomers to "stiff" monomers(BA/St/MMA) was 60/24/16,acrylic acid was 5.0%,emulsifier was 3.0%,the ratio of ionic to non-ionic emulsifiers was 1∶2,and initiator was 0.5%.Reformers could effectively improve the coat’s water-resistance,acrylamide was 0.7%,phenol was 0.4%,and melamine was 0.9%.
