【摘要】 针对湿法磷酸净化过程中存在的液固分离问题,采用离心过滤的方法,探讨了磷酸预处理脱色液的过滤特性,研究了分离因素、滤饼厚度、过滤介质等因素对过滤的影响。实验结果表明,当分离因素约为252,滤饼厚度约为20 mm,采用涤纶加密型滤布时,过滤效果最佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Focusing on the problem of liquid-solid separation existed in the purification of wet-process phosphoric,centrifugal filtration was applied to study the separation properties of pre-decolorized solution of wet-process phosphoric acid.The effects of separation factor,filter cake thickness and filter media on filtration were studied.The suitable operation conditions for filtration were as follows:the separation factor was about 252 and the filter cake thickness was 20 mm and the filter media was the cloth made of high density terylene.更多还原
