微分电位溶出法测定儿童头发中锌和铅的含量
Determination of Zn and Pb in children’s hair by PSA method
【摘要】 采用微分电位溶出法测定了100名(男女各50名)3~10岁健康儿童头发中锌和铅的含量。结果表明,锌平均含量为(135.1±57.86)μg/g,铅平均含量为(11.89±7.42)μg/g。该方法准确度、精密度高,锌、铅测定的相对标准偏差分别为3.8%和8.2%,回收率分别为93.8%和103.5%。
【Abstract】 Zn and Pb content in 100 3~10 years old children’s hair(male 50,female 50) were measured by PSA method.Results indicated the average content of Zn and Pb were 135.1±57.86 μg/g and 11.89±7.42 μg/g,respectively.This method had a high accuracy and precision.The relative standard deviation of Zn and Pb were 3.8% and 8.2%,yield of Zn and Pb were 93.8% and 103.5%,respectively.
