联萘酚键合手性固定相的合成与应用
Synthesis and application of binaphthol-bonded chiral stationary phase
【摘要】 通过硅烷偶联剂将对映纯联萘酚键合到球形硅胶上制得手性固定相,元素分析表明,该固定相中C和H的含量分别为7.33%和0.88%,对应键合量为0.212 mmol/g。填装后考察其在7个联萘化合物手性拆分中的应用,自制手性柱对联萘酚和溴代联萘酚显示出较好的手性识别能力,分离因子分别为1.177和1.193,但该固定相的键合量和柱效还需进一步的提高。
【Abstract】 Enantiomerically pure binaphthol was bonded onto spherical silica gel with a silane coupling agent KH560.The obtained chiral stationary phase was submitted for element analysis.The cotent(w/w) of carbon and hydrogen was 7.33% and 0.88%,respectively.The corresponding bonded amount was0.212 mmol/g.The chiral stationary phase was packed by slurrying method.Then evaluation of this chiral column for the enantioseparation of seven binaphthyl compounds was presented.The separation factors for binaphthol and bromo-substituted binaphthol were 1.177 and 1.193,respectively.The bonded amount and column efficiency need to be improved further.
