【摘要】 西部的关中—天水地区、川渝地区和南贵昆地带构成了本文所谓"两区"、"一带",而西部其他大中城市构成了本文所谓"多点"。文章认为,应在西部的"两区一带多点"地域重点布局国家新型工业化产业示范基地。文章就此进行充分论证,包括在这些区域重点布局示范基地的必要性和战略意义分析,该区域的基础条件和优势阐述,并提出了布局和创建时应遵循的基本原则、目标任务和对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Two-Zone,One-Belts"refers to Guanzhong-Tianshui zone,Chengdu-Chongqing belt,and Nanning-Guiyang-Kunming belt.The other cities form "Multi-Points".We consider that national new industrialization demonstration base should be constructed as a priority in Western "Two-Zone,One-Belts and Multi-Points".This paper analyzes the necessity and strategic significance,basic conditions and advantages,and then puts forward some principles to follow,goal task project assumption and policies suggestion.更多还原
