【Abstract】 In modern society,with the change of power and the rapid accumulation of material wealth,because of the drive of power and interests,the relationship between people became increasingly estranged,filled with tension and indifference.In dealing with this situation,Habermas,a contemporary German philosopher,has tried to establish an "ideal environment for discourse" to achieve a reasonable and orderly discourse between the subjects.Starting from that the ideal environment for discourse is the realistic need for the critic instrumental rationality,this article analyzes the four conditions of the ideal environment for discourse,discusses the cornerstone role that the universal pragmatics played in turning of the ideal environment for discourse into realistic environment,and talks about the discourse environment proposed by Habermas in general.更多还原
