【Abstract】 Reflective teaching is a process in which teachers think of their own teaching activities as a thinking object and reflect their own teaching behavior and the result that comes from it.Then they try to discover the problems and find effective solutions.Reflective Teaching provides teachers with a new way to improve their professional ability.Based on the theory of reflective teaching,this paper aims to accelerating English teachers’ professional ability by making a further analysis of reflective teaching in view of its contents,activity process and methods.更多还原
