ApoCopC与Cu(Ⅱ)相互作用的电化学研究

【摘要】 ApoCopC自组装修饰到金电极上,利用循环伏安法研究了apoCopC与Cu(Ⅱ)的相互作用.发现Cu(Ⅱ)在apoCopC/Au电极上出现氧化还原峰,氧化和还原峰电位分别位于0.29 V和0.09 V,形式电位E0′为0.19 V,与裸Au电极相比,峰位发生明显位移.这表明apoCopC吸附在电极表面并且Cu(Ⅱ)与apoCopC结合生成配合物.研究了扫描速率、不同浓度下,Cu(Ⅱ)在apoCopC修饰的金电极上的循环伏安行为.计算出Cu(Ⅱ)在apoCopC修饰的金电极上的表面电子传递系数α=0.5,电子转移速率常数k=0.75 s-1.

【Abstract】 A protein monolayer modified electrode was prepared by the self-assembly of apoCopC at a gold electrode.The interaction of apoCopC with Cu(Ⅱ) was investigated by cyclic voltammetry at apoCopC-modified gold electrode.The results indicated that the oxidation peak and reduction peak of Cu(Ⅱ) at apoCopC-modified gold electrode were at 0.29 V and 0.09 V,respectively,in which the formal potential was 0.19 V.The peak potentials of Cu(Ⅱ) at apoCopC-modified electrode were shifted evidently comparing with that at the bare gold electrode.These indicated that apoCopC could adsorb on the electrode firmly and Cu(Ⅱ) bound to apoCopC to form a complex.Moreover,the effects of scan rate,different concentration on the voltammetric behavior of Cu(II) on the apoCopC/Au electrode were studied,and the electron transfer coefficient(α) was 0.5,electron transfer rate constant(ks) was 0.75 s-1.
