【Abstract】 Vaccines play important roles in control of infectious diseases in humans,of which DNA vaccines have special advantage in preventing emergent novel infectious diseases.In recent years,along with the progress in research on DNA vaccines,both the safety and effectiveness of the vaccines improved significantly.Though DNA vaccines have not been used in clinic,their applications in animal husbandry and livestock breeding have been preliminarily investigated.The development,mechanism,advantage,safety,improvement and clinical application of DNA vaccines are reviewed in this paper.更多还原
