星形胶质细胞引起神经元超激发的作用机制分析
An Analysis on The Mechanism of Astrocytes Cause Neuronal Hyper-Excitability
【摘要】 实验发现,星形胶质细胞表面膜上有多种神经递质受体,能积极参与脑内的信号传导,并与多种神经性疾病相关。在锥体神经元和星形胶质细胞的耦合网络中,星形胶质细胞能接受外部刺激。本文研究了在神经元和胶质细胞耦合系统中,将谷氨酸刺激加载在星形胶质细胞上的情况,发现神经元出现超激发现象,而神经元超激发是癫痫疾病的一个重要特征之一;并分析了耦合强度对该系统的影响,发现耦合强度是引起神经元超激发的关键因素。这些结果对人们认识癫痫发生的生理机制具有一定的启发作用。
【Abstract】 It is found in experiments that glial cells have a variety of neuro-transmitter receptors on their membrane.Gilial cells can integrate synaptic information and are related to multi-neuron diseases.Based on the existing theoretical work,we investigate the coupling mechanism of astrocytes and neurons by theoretical and numerical method.By stimulating the astrocytes,we got the hyper-excitable state of the neuron,and hyper-excitability is an important feature of epilepsy.Then we analyze the effects of coupling strength on the system,and find that the coupling strength is the key factor leading the neuronal hyper-excitable.These results may give some suggestions when people try to find out the physiological mechanism of epilepsy.
