高温厌氧消化液二次厌氧消化产气特性的研究
Charactoristic of Biogas Production in Medium Temperature Anaerobic Digestion for Anaerobic Digested Effluent at High Temperature
【摘要】 目的:对高温厌氧消化后产生的消化液进行二次厌氧消化降解的可行性研究。方法:采用经阶段性高温厌氧发酵后的消化液为原料,利用实验室自制的小型厌氧发酵装置进行中温35±2℃条件下厌氧发酵实验,测定产气量、甲烷含量和COD值。结果:经中温厌氧二次发酵30d后,消化液中的COD平均降幅达28 150mg/L,说明经阶段性高温厌氧发酵后的消化液可继续进行中温厌氧二次发酵,同时,从产气特性各指标可以看到,300g的消化液在中温条件下发酵30d后的总产气量平均为523ml,沼气中甲烷含量达到55%,沼气质量好。结论:高温厌氧消化后产生的消化液可以进行二次厌氧消化降解。
【Abstract】 Objective:The research aimed to study the feasibility of the second anaerobic digestion degradation after high temperature anaerobic digestion.Method: Experiments on the effect of medium temperature(35±2℃)on biogas yield and property of anaerobic-digested effluent after high temperature anaerobic fermentation process of dairy mature were carried out in a self-manufactured fermentation device.The biogas production,methane content and COD were determined.Result:The COD of anaerobic-digested effluent was increased to 28 150mg/L after medium temperature anaerobic digestion for 30 days.The total biogas yield was 523ml averagely and the methane content in biogas was 55% after medium temperature anaerobic digestion in 30 days in 300g anaerobic-digested effluent.The quality of biogas was good and the anaerobic-digested effluent could be used.Conclusion: After high temperature anaerobic digestion,the effluent could be degraded by second anaerobic digestion.
