【摘要】 目的探讨运用经皮微创钢板固定技术(MIPPO)Meta接骨板治疗胫骨远端干骺端骨折的临床疗效并文献回顾。方法 17例胫骨远端干骺端骨折,按AO分型,A1型5例,A2型7例,A3型3例,C1型2例,开放性骨折4例,闭合性骨折13例。观察愈合情况及并发症,随访采用AOFAS踝部评分标准对结果进行评估。结果本组病例随访12~19个月,平均13.5个月。按AOFAS踝与后足主观评分标准,平均93分。骨愈合平均时间14.5周(10~24周),无骨不连,1例成角畸形,1例浅表感染。结论运用经皮微创钢板固定技术Meta接骨板治疗胫骨远端干骺端骨折有良好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO) with Meta plate in the treatment of distal metaphyseal fracture of tibia and review articles.Methods 17 cases of distal tibia fractures were treated with MIPPO technique.According to AO classification,5 cases were type A1,7 cases type A2,3 cases type A3,2 cases type C1.4 cases were open fractures,13 cases were closed fractures.The healing and complications were observed and the results were evaluated by AOFAS scores.Results The mean follow-up time was 13.5(12~19) months.According to the AOFAS ankle-hindfoot scale,the average score was 93 points.All the fractures healed up well.The mean healing period was 14.5(10~24) weeks.1 patient had loss of alignment,and 1 underwent superficial infection.Conclusios Minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis with Meta plate is a safe and effective treatment for distal metaphyseal fracture of tibia.更多还原
