电脉冲宽度与细胞核膜窗效应

【摘要】 文章以傅立叶分析为基础讨论高斯脉冲和一阶高斯脉冲的功率谱密度,用简化的细胞电路模型讨论T细胞核膜的窗效应,提出一阶高斯脉冲的窄频谱特征有利于核膜的窗效应。根据Jurkat T细胞和正常T细胞的几何参数和电参数差异,从理论上阐述了电脉冲诱导Jurkat T细胞凋亡的可行性,为临床应用电脉冲治疗该类肿瘤提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Nuclear envelope voltages of T cells were analyzed with a lumped circuitry for cells in combination with frequency domain power density of Gaussian pulses and monocycle pulses.According to the differences in geometric and electric parameters between normal and malignant T cells,circuitry analysis was performed.Theoretical evaluations indicated that apoptosis of malignant T cells was of feasibility,which could be applied in cancer therapy.The evaluations were in accord with the published experimental findings.
